Early Life and Education

Amol Muley was born and brought up in Wardha, Maharashtra. His early years were shaped by the huge joint family that he was brought up in.

He studied till 12th standard in Wardha, and completed graduation from Nagpur. In 2000, he completed his MBA from the University of Mumbai in Human Resources.

Career Beginnings

Amol's first job was in sales with an MNC. And he is extremely grateful for that.

Entrepreneurial Journey – Liberation Coaches Pvt. Ltd.

On 4th April 2006, he co-founded Liberation Coaches Pvt. Ltd. along with Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Suvarna. The company was built with a simple yet powerful philosophy – to Energize, Enable, and Empower people to live a liberated life.

Liberation Coaches grew quickly owing to the Founders' focus & hardwork and became a trusted name in training, coaching and consulting. The company specialises in transformation of SMEs & Family Managed Businesses.

In the last 20 years, the company has transformed more than 1000 clients in 40 different industries. The company has 150 Trainers, Coaches & Consultants empanelled with it. Today, the company has clients all over India & provides service in 6 countries.

Contribution to Academia

Amol has also been a visiting faculty at reputed institutes like NMIMS, Amity University, and Annamalai University. From 2006 to 2012, he taught subjects such as Strategic Management, Negotiation Skills, Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

His classes were always engaging and practical and students loved the way he connected lessons to real life.

Corporate Trainer and Coach

Amol is also one of India's finest Corporate Trainers. Over the years, he has trained lacs of professionals from hundreds of leading organizations like Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Skoda Auto, Union Bank of India, Nestle India Ltd and many more.

His sessions on leadership, sales, team building and motivation always leave a strong impact on participants, and he is known as a trainer who could bring real change.

Author and Thought Leader

In addition to being a trainer and entrepreneur, Amol is also an author.

He has written books such as 5 Break-Free Truths, 20 Mantras to Begin, Build & Boost Any Career and 21 Result Guarantors in Sales.

These books give valuable guidance to professionals at different stages of their careers.
