From Paratwada to Dubai: The Journey of Trio Creations

I was born and raised in Paratwada, a charming twin city of Achalpur in Maharashtra’s Amravati district—nestled against the Satpura hill range and known as the “Gateway to the Melghat region,” close to renowned tiger conservation areas. Growing up in this serene yet vibrant town instilled in me the values of resilience and aspiration.

Armed with a Master’s in Advanced Construction Management, I journeyed to Dubai, driven by its dynamic skyline and promise of innovation. My career began as a Project Engineer at a fit-out and interior company, where I immersed myself in the nuances of site execution and client delivery. Through dedication and continuous learning, I rose to Senior Engineer and eventually Project Manager, overseeing a project portfolio worth 28 million, spanning the GCC and Europe.

It was during this phase, amid demanding deadlines and client expectations, that clarity struck—I was ready to embark on my own venture. And so, Trio Creations was born—not merely as a business, but as the embodiment of all I had learned, envisioned, and aspired to create.

Early Struggles
